Anonymous asked: I can't find the comments and grade that my TA wrote in the IG. How do i do this?
Unfortunately we’d need more information to solve this problem. Email jkeeshin@cs.stanford.edu

Anonymous asked: Is it possible to enhance the source code viewer to print the line numbers to the left? this will be very helpful for reviewing code since one can directly reference the line number rather than being forced to cut-n-paste contextual areas of the code so we know what area of the code we are talking about.
We’ve chosen to leave the line numbers out for a few reasons, but for our main code commenting purpose, you really don’t need the line numbers.
If you are a section leader, you should probably just email me directly.
It’s a new quarter for paperless, and we are always trying to make it better. If you have feedback, please let us know by emailing to paperlesscode@googlegroups.com. With the large 106 enrollments, we are saving tons of paper this quarter!
Anonymous asked: can we see old code and comments yet?
Not yet, but it is top priority on our to-do list. Sorry about this delay.
Anonymous asked: Hi, I'm running Firefox 7.0.1 on Debian squeeze (OpenBox WM), and the drag-and-drop uploader doesn't work. It does work on Chrome dev channel, though. It would be nice if you added a normal file upload option for those cases where the drag-and-drop doesn't work (maybe hide it away behind a "drag-and-drop not working" link so it doesn't spoil the beauty of it). Thanks!
For now, please use it with Chrome. We may bring back a normal drag and drop option in the future. We previously had that but switched to a drag and drop only.
Anonymous asked: I submitted code for my first assignment to cs106B June 27th. I made sure to go back in to check if it still had my code. Today when I go in to submit my 2nd assignment, I no longer see assignment 1 that I submitted. Why don't I see it anymore my I click on "My Code"? I am a remote student and did not have a section leader assigned until recently. Perhaps it has something to do with that?
That is probably the issue. If it is still a problem, email jkeeshin@stanford.edu and we can resolve it.
Anonymous asked: Is is possible to see code/comments from previous quarters? I was still working on some code from last quarter and I'd like to access it somehow.
It is not yet possible, but the code and comments are still there, and we hope to make it available through the web interface soon.
Anonymous asked: Paperless is very elegant. I like it a lot! :)
Hi Anonymous—
Thanks so much! We really appreciate it.
Anonymous asked: Your site doesn't work properly with the Opera web browser: Opera loads source files as local text documents rather than interpreting the motion as a drag-and-drop.
Add an option to select a file with a dialog, perhaps? Easier on small laptop screens anyway
also, why the facebook login?
Right now we are only supporting Chrome and Firefox to keep things simpler.
The Facebook login is a fun option if people want to share that they submitted their assignment.
Anonymous asked: About how soon will we be able to see our comments from previous quarters?
It is not clear exactly when, but hopefully by the end of the quarter or start of the summer.
